Melike Uzun graduated with high honors from İzmir Katip Çelebi University, Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, Department of Psychology in 2024. She completed her master’s degree in Family Counseling at the same university and continues her professional work in this field. During her undergraduate education, she worked on family and child interaction projects within the Ministry of Family and Social Services.

She also actively participated in projects carried out by Bütün Çocuklar Bizimdir Association, UNICEF, and initiatives supporting children affected by earthquakes. She has received training from Dr. Selin Atasoy in working with children on the autism spectrum, including PEP-R Psychoeducational Profile applications, the Hanen interaction-based language and communication program, Theory of Mind assessment and intervention programs, as well as developmental observation and evaluation.

She continues her work in line with the center’s approach and under the supervision of Dr. Selin Atasoy, focusing on development-oriented work with children, adolescents, and families.
