Berfu Handan Dağlı graduated from Istanbul Arel University, Department of Psychology in 2017. Her thesis focused on cognitive distortions, depression, and anxiety.

She completed her internship at Sevinç College, working with primary and middle school students.

Between 2019–2022, she worked in various educational institutions, focusing on student performance monitoring, exam anxiety, stress management, study techniques, and​​​​​​ academic guidance for high school entrance (LGS) and university entrance (YKS) exams.

Since 2024, she has been working at Selin Atasoy Counseling Center.

She has received training from Dr. Selin Atasoy in developmental assessment, PEP-R applications, and Hanen interaction-based communication programs for children on the autism spectrum.

She continues her work under supervision, focusing on development-oriented practices.
