What is Lego Therapy? Who Can Participate?
Lego-Based Therapy supports the development of children's play and social skills such as verbal-nonverbal communication, joint attention, focusing on the task, sharing and taking turns, and cooperation in problem solving.
In addition to being used to develop these skills in children with normal development, it has been seen to be effective especially in children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder with the widespread applications made at Cambridge University in recent years.
Lego-Based Therapy is also functional in diagnostic groups such as visual impairment, hearing impairment, attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder due to the use of many senses.
